Note:  As of September 26th, 2007, the Department of Marine Resources has rescinded the Town's Shellfish Conservation Ordinance, Chapter 13.4, Secion 13.4-8.

Land Use Reference Material and Information

The Maine Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) provides a lot of material related to land use.
