Finance Committee
A very successful hearing was held on the following budget proposal on Saturday March 13th at the Learning Center. Among issues discussed was the need to increase our Minimum Balance Set Aside, which is currently only $6,197, and how we should pay for CIPs (Capitol Improvement Projects), whether to pay for them with borrowed money or just pay for them as they occur.
The Committee will be finalizing the budget proposal in the next couple of weeks for the May town meeting.
